There are hundreds of US military bases around they world. They are supposed to keep us safe. But what about the safety of the civilians that must live right beside them? This documentary shares the accounts of seven women activists who live next to military bases in Texas, Puerto Rico, the Philippines, Japan, Korea, Guam, and Hawai'i, Their accounts of health complications, environmental destruction, and sexual assault are an indictment of American militarism and imperialism that should not be overlooked.
