"SEE Weird Voodoo Ceremonies!
SEE Nude Poets!
SEE John Sex and Lydia Lunch!
SEE The Human Firecracker!
SEE Slam Dancing at CBGB's!
SEE The Big Apple's Hippest Street Comics!"

A guided tour in the shockumentary genre takes a dive into the mid-80's world of New York Cool™ with a varied cast of artists, performers, junkies, musicians, and Lower East Side socialites and misfits fighting their way to the top. Our guide through this world is an anonymous woman moving us from scene to scene and concert to concert. A quick guide of who's who in the pantheon of East Village shockers, with performances ranging from poetry, panhandling in Washington Square Park, faux (??) voodoo rituals, concerts, the literal beating of a dead horse, and anything in-between.

Famous faces include Lydia Lunch, John Sex, Joey Arias, Karen Finley, CBGB's, but the star is the old lady herself, New York City lit in anarchistic, late-night splendor.
