In alignment with our mission of increasing accessibility to film to all members of the community, we are happy to present a free educational program to introduce young adults (ages 13-18) to the world of film and moving image.
This program entails a broad curriculum discussing film's role in history, various genre's, and the power of its technical conventions. Participants will gain an understanding of how films are made, why certain films look the way they do, and will begin building a vocabulary of genres and film techniques.
Admission to the young adult educational programming is free and open to the public, though donations are appreciated. Duration: Approx. 2 hours
Due to limited seating we encourage attendees to RSVP online at firstname.lastname@example.org, or in person during our regular business hours.
